Assembly of the Coleman Revolution 2-Burner Propane Gas Grill is required. Refer to the detailed assembly instructions provided in the separate assembly guide included with your product. Ensure all components are present and undamaged before beginning assembly.
Connecting the Propane Tank
- Ensure the grill's control knobs are in the OFF position.
- Place the propane tank securely in the designated storage area within the grill cart.
- Connect the regulator hose to the propane tank valve. Turn the regulator coupling nut clockwise until it is fully tightened. Do not overtighten.
- Perform a leak test: Apply a soapy water solution to all connections. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Tighten connections and retest. If leaks persist, do not use the grill and contact customer support.

Flare-Free Technology
The Coleman Revolution grill incorporates Flare-Free Technology with double-stacked cooking grates and grease channels. This design captures and redirects over 75% more grease drippings than traditional barbecues, channeling them to the front grease cup. This significantly reduces flare-ups, promoting more even cooking and preventing food from burning.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Grease Management System
The Quick Clean grease management system directs all fats to a removable front grease cup. Regularly check and empty the grease cup to prevent overflow and maintain optimal grill performance. The grease cup is designed for easy access and removal.

Cleaning Grates
After each use, once the grill has cooled, clean the cooking grates with a grill brush. For stubborn residue, preheat the grill for 10-15 minutes on high, then brush the grates. The double-stacked grates can be removed for more thorough cleaning if necessary.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your grill, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips. For comprehensive solutions, consult the full instruction manual.
- Burner Fails to Ignite: Check if the propane tank valve is open. Ensure the igniter button is pressed and held during knob rotation. Verify that the gas supply line is not kinked or obstructed.
- Uneven Heating: Ensure all burners are clean and free of debris. Check for proper gas flow to each burner.
- Excessive Flare-ups: While Flare-Free Technology significantly reduces flare-ups, excessive grease buildup can still cause them. Ensure the grease cup is regularly emptied and the grates are cleaned. Trim excess fat from meats before grilling.
