Setup and Installation

Before beginning installation, ensure all components are present and undamaged. The tankless design allows for space-saving under-sink installation. It is recommended to have basic plumbing knowledge or consult a professional for installation.

Unboxing: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. You will find the main filtration unit, the smart LED faucet, various tubing (red, blue, white), and installation accessories. The system is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Connecting the System:

1. Identify the Feed Water, Filtered Water, and Waste Water ports on the top of the main unit. These are typically color-coded (e.g., blue for feed, white for filtered, red for waste).
2. Connect the appropriate tubing to each port. Ensure secure connections to prevent leaks.
3. Install the smart LED faucet onto your sink. Connect the filtered water line from the main unit to the faucet.
4. Connect the feed water line to your cold water supply using the provided adapter.
5. Route the waste water line to your drain.
6. Plug the unit into a standard electrical outlet.

After installation, slowly turn on the cold water supply and check for any leaks. Allow the system to flush for approximately 15-30 minutes before first use to remove any air and carbon fines.

Operation

Operating your Thereye RO system is straightforward:

• Dispensing Water: Simply turn the handle on the smart LED faucet to dispense purified water.
• TDS Monitoring: The LED display on the faucet provides a real-time Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) reading of your filtered water, allowing you to monitor its purity.
• Filter Status: The faucet display also indicates the status of your filters, reminding you when it's time for replacement.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficiency of your filtration system. The smart faucet will alert you when filters need replacement.

• Filter Replacement:
• PPC Filter: Replace approximately every 12 months.
• RO Filter: Replace approximately every 30 months.
