3. Getting Started (Setup)
3.1 Charging the Tablet
Before first use, fully charge the tablet. Connect the included USB cable to the tablet's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter. The charging indicator will illuminate.
3.2 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button located on the side of the tablet until the screen lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button, then select 'Power off' from the options that appear on the screen.
3.3 Initial Setup
Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup:
- Select your preferred language.
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
- Sign in with your Google account or create a new one. This is necessary to download apps from the Google Play Store.
- Review and accept the terms and conditions.
- Set up parental controls if desired (see Section 4.2).
4. Using Your Tablet (Operating)
4.1 Navigation and Interface
The tablet runs on Android 13, offering an intuitive user interface. Swipe gestures are used for navigation:
- Home Screen: Swipe left or right to access different home screens.
- App Drawer: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to view all installed applications.
- Notifications/Quick Settings: Swipe down from the top of the screen to access notifications and quick settings toggles (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.).

4.2 Parental Controls
The BYYBUO Kids Tablet includes robust parental control features to manage content and screen time. Both normal and child modes are selectable.
- Screen Time Limits: Set daily limits for tablet usage.
- Content Filter: Restrict access to inappropriate apps, websites, and videos.
- App Management: Approve or block specific applications.

4.3 Using the Cameras
The tablet is equipped with a 2MP front camera and a 5MP rear camera.
- Open the 'Camera' application from the home screen or app drawer.
- Tap the camera icon to switch between front and rear cameras.
- Tap the shutter button to take a photo or start/stop video recording.

5. Battery Management

- Water Exposure: This tablet is not waterproof. Avoid exposure to liquids.

7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Tablet Not Turning On
- Ensure the tablet is sufficiently charged. Connect it to a power source for at least 30 minutes.
- Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to perform a forced restart.
7.2 Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues
- Check if Wi-Fi is enabled in Quick Settings or the Settings app.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router.
- Forget the network in tablet settings and reconnect.
7.3 Apps Crashing or Freezing
- Close the app and reopen it.
- Clear the app's cache and data in Settings > Apps.
