1. Introduction

The SWAREY V8 Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset and Intercom is designed to provide seamless communication and entertainment for motorcycle riders. 3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Mounting the Intercom Unit

The SWAREY V8 intercom unit can be installed on your helmet using either a clip-on mechanism or a 3M adhesive attachment. Both methods ensure a secure fit.

Clip-on Installation:

1. Attach the clip-on bracket to the intercom unit.

3M Adhesive Attachment:

1. Peel off the protective film from the 3M adhesive pad.
2. Press the adhesive bracket firmly onto a clean, flat surface on your helmet. Allow sufficient time for the adhesive to bond before use.
3. Attach the intercom unit to the adhesive bracket.

Speaker and Microphone Routing:

Carefully route the speaker and microphone wires inside the helmet padding to ensure comfort and prevent interference. Position the speakers over your ears and the microphone near your mouth for optimal audio quality.

3.2 Power On/Off

To power on or off the device, press and hold the "Intercom Key" and "Multifunction Key" simultaneously for 2 seconds. The blue indicator light will turn on, and you will hear a sound prompt: "Power On."

4.1 Bluetooth Pairing with Phone

After powering on, press and hold the multifunction key for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash red and blue alternately, with a sound prompt: "Pairing." On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select "V8-6" from the available devices to connect.

4.2 Music Playback

Once connected to your phone via Bluetooth, you can control music playback directly from the intercom unit. Single-click the multifunction key to pause or start playback.

Adjust the volume by single-clicking the "+" or "-" keys on the intercom unit.

4.4 Voice Assistant

Activate your phone's voice assistant by single-clicking the Voice Assistant Key on the intercom unit.

4.5 Call Handling

• Answer/End Call: Single-click the multifunction key to answer an incoming call or end an ongoing call.
• Reject Call: Double-click the multifunction key to reject an incoming call.

5. Intercom Modes

5.1 Two-Person Intercom Pairing

To establish a two-person intercom connection:

1. After powering on both devices, press and hold the intercom key on both units for 2 seconds. The indicator lights will flash red and blue alternately, with a sound prompt: "Pairing."
2. On one device, single-press the intercom key once. You will hear a sound prompt: "Two-Person Mode." The indicator light will flash red and blue quickly.
3. Wait for the green indicator light to turn on and flash slowly. Pairing is successful, and you will hear the sound prompt: "Intercom Connected." You will then enter two-person intercom mode.

5.2 Multi-Person Intercom Pairing (Up to 4 Riders)

To establish a multi-person intercom connection:

1. After powering on all devices, press and hold the intercom key on all units for 2 seconds. The indicator lights will flash red and blue alternately, with a sound prompt: "Pairing."
2. On one device, double-click the intercom key. You will hear a sound prompt: "Multi-Person Networking Mode." The indicator light will flash red and blue quickly.
3. Wait for the green indicator light to turn on and flash slowly. Pairing is successful, and you will hear the sound prompt: "Intercom Connected." You will then enter multi-person intercom mode.

5.3 Music Sharing Function (Two-Person Intercom Mode)

When the intercom headphones are connected to both the intercom and a music player, simultaneously press and hold the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons. You will hear a sound prompt: "Music Sharing," allowing you to share the music you're listening to with another intercom headphone.

5.4 Pairing with Non-Intercom Bluetooth Devices

In two-person intercom mode, to match intercom headphones with other Bluetooth devices that do not have intercom functionality:

1. Power on the intercom unit.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth signal of the other device (e.g., headphones) to search for signals.
3. Single-click the intercom key on the SWAREY V8 unit to initiate pairing with the external Bluetooth device.
