Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your Vacmaster wet/dry vacuum. Always unplug the unit before performing any maintenance.
Emptying the Tank:
- Unplug the vacuum.
- Release the oversized latches on the sides of the tank and lift off the motor head.
- Carefully empty the contents of the tank into a suitable disposal area.
- Clean the inside of the tank with a damp cloth if necessary.
Filter Care:
- Cartridge Filter (Dry Use): For optimal performance, clean the cartridge filter regularly. Tap the filter gently against the inside of a trash can to remove loose dust. Replace the filter if it is damaged or suction power significantly decreases after cleaning.

- Dust Collection Bag: Replace the dust collection bag when it is full or when suction performance is reduced.
