3. Setup
The MERACH Thigh Trainer comes pre-assembled and ready for use. No complex setup is required. Simply remove it from its packaging.
- Unpack the Thigh Trainer and any included accessories.
- Inspect the device for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not use and contact customer support.
- Familiarize yourself with the soft TPE pads and the central pivot point. The pads are designed for comfort and grip.

4. Operating Instructions
Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. Begin with a warm-up and perform exercises with controlled movements.
4.1 Inner Thigh Exercise
- Sit on a chair or the floor with your back straight.
- Place the Thigh Trainer between your inner thighs, ensuring the soft TPE pads are comfortably positioned against your legs.
- Slowly squeeze your thighs together, compressing the trainer. Hold for a few seconds.
- Release slowly back to the starting position.
- Repeat for 10-15 repetitions, for 2-3 sets.

4.2 Pelvic Floor Muscle Strengthening
- Sit upright on a stability ball or chair.
- Place the Thigh Trainer between your inner thighs, just above your knees.
- Gently squeeze the trainer while simultaneously engaging your pelvic floor muscles (as if stopping the flow of urine).
- Hold the contraction for 3-5 seconds, then slowly release.
- Repeat for 10-15 repetitions, for 2-3 sets.

4.3 Arm and Chest Exercise
- Hold the Thigh Trainer with both hands, positioning it in front of your chest or behind your back.
- For chest: Squeeze the handles together, engaging your chest muscles.
- For arms/shoulders: Hold the trainer with one hand and press the other pad against your bicep or tricep, then squeeze.
- Perform controlled squeezes and releases.
- Repeat for 10-15 repetitions, for 2-3 sets.
4.4 Glute and Back Exercise
- For glutes: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Place the trainer between your knees and squeeze while lifting your hips.
- For back: Position the trainer behind your back, holding the pads with your hands, and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
- Perform controlled squeezes and releases.
- Repeat for 10-15 repetitions, for 2-3 sets.
Note: The 360° rotation feature allows for adjusting the angle of the pads to target specific muscles more effectively during these exercises.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the Thigh Trainer with a damp cloth after each use. Use mild soap if necessary, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Its compact size makes it easy to store in a drawer or closet.
