1. Introduction

This appliance is designed to prepare a variety of delicious and healthy meals with little to no oil, utilizing Hot Air technology for crispy results. 2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• Read all instructions before use.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

4. Setup and First Use

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and stickers from the appliance.
2. Cleaning: Wash the frying basket and grill plate thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Ensure all parts are completely dry before use.
3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space at the back and sides of the appliance, and 10 cm (4 inches) above it, to allow for proper air circulation.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the appliance's requirements (110V for this model).
5. Pre-heating (Optional First Use): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smoke or odor may be present, which is normal.

5. Operating Instructions

General Operation

1. Place the grill plate inside the frying basket.
2. Place the food items into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
3. Slide the frying basket back into the appliance. Ensure it is fully inserted.
4. Plug in the appliance. The digital display will illuminate.
5. Select a preset program or manually set the temperature and time.
6. Press the Start/Stop button to begin cooking.
7. During cooking, you can pull out the basket to shake or turn food. The appliance will pause automatically and resume when the basket is reinserted.
8. Once the timer reaches zero, the appliance will beep, indicating cooking is complete.
9. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the cooked food to a plate. Use heat-resistant tongs.

Digital Control Panel and Preset Programs

The Arno Mega Digital Air Fryer features a digital control panel with 8 pre-defined programs for convenience. You can also adjust temperature and time manually.

• Preset Programs: The 8 pre-defined programs are optimized for:

  To use a preset, simply touch the corresponding icon on the digital panel. The appliance will automatically set the optimal temperature and time.
• Manual Mode: To manually adjust settings, use the temperature and time adjustment buttons/knob. The temperature can be set between 40°C and 200°C (105°F - 400°F), and the timer up to 60 minutes.
• Start/Stop Button: Press to start or pause the cooking process.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Arno Mega Digital Air Fryer.

1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Basket and Grill Plate: The frying basket and grill plate have a non-stick coating and are easy to clean. Wash them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residues, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
3. Inside of the Appliance: Wipe the inside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
4. Outside of the Appliance: Clean the exterior with a damp cloth.
5. Heating Element: Use a cleaning brush to remove any food residues from the heating element.
6. Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the appliance.
