4. Product Diagram

Control Buttons:
- 12/24 Button: Switches between 12-hour and 24-hour time format.
- Alarm Button: Enters alarm setting mode.

- '+' / °C/°F Button: Increases values during setting; switches temperature unit.

5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock.
- Insert 2 new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Note: The clock comes with 2 AAA batteries. Replace them when the low battery icon appears or the display flashes '8888' and beeps.

5.2 Initial Time Setting
- In normal display mode, press and hold the '12/24' button to enter Time Setting mode. The hour digit will flash.
- Press the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press the '12/24' button again to switch to minute adjustment. The minute digit will flash.
- Press the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the minute.
- Press the '12/24' button once more to save the time setting and exit.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Setting the Alarm
- In normal display mode, press and hold the 'Alarm' button to enter Alarm Setting mode. The hour digit will flash.
- Press the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press the 'Alarm' button again to switch to minute adjustment. The minute digit will flash.
- Press the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the alarm minute.
- Press the 'Alarm' button once more to save the alarm setting and exit.
6.2 Activating/Deactivating Alarm & Weekend Mode
- Press the 'Bell Icon' button to turn the alarm ON or OFF. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
- When the alarm is ON, press the 'Weekend Mode' button (often integrated with another button, refer to manual for exact button) to activate/deactivate Weekend Mode. In Weekend Mode, the alarm will only sound from Monday to Friday.

6.3 Snooze Function
When the alarm sounds, press the large 'Zz-Q' (Snooze/Light) button to activate the 9-minute snooze function. The alarm will sound again after 9 minutes. If no button is pressed, the alarm will sound for 3 minutes, snooze for 7 minutes, and repeat 3 times before turning off automatically.

6.4 Backlight Operation
- Press the 'Zz-Q' (Snooze/Light) button to illuminate the display for 5 seconds.
- Toggle the switch on the right side of the alarm clock to select between High Bright and Dim backlight levels.
Note: The backlight does not stay on continuously; it is only active for 5 seconds per press.

6.5 Changing Temperature Unit & Time Format
- Press the '°C/°F' button to switch the temperature display between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- Press the '12/24' button to switch the time display between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Battery Replacement
When the low battery icon appears on the screen or the display flashes '8888' and the clock beeps, it's time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps in Section 5.1.
7.2 Cleaning
Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
8. Troubleshooting
- Display is blank: Check if batteries are correctly installed or need replacement.
- Alarm not sounding: Ensure the alarm is activated (bell icon visible) and the volume is set appropriately.
- Incorrect time/date: Re-enter time and date settings as per Section 5.2.
- Backlight not working: Ensure the backlight switch on the side is set to 'High Bright' or 'Dim'. Remember it only lasts for 5 seconds per press.
