Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Earbuds not pairingEnsure earbuds are charged. Place them in the case, close the lid, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
Only one earbud workingPlace both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often re-syncs them. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the full user manual for specific reset instructions).
Low volume or poor sound qualityCheck the volume on both your device and the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are clean and properly seated in your ears. Try different ear tip sizes for a better seal.
Charging issuesEnsure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case. Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
Call quality issues (mic)Ensure the microphones are not obstructed. Try moving to a quieter environment. The Quad Mic with ENC helps, but extreme noise can still affect clarity.
