Compatible exclusively with Apple Find My, this compact and lightweight tracker offers global tracking capabilities without the need for a third-party application. 3. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to connect your Chiheng tracking device to your Apple device:

1. Ensure you are using an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac) as this tracker only works with Apple devices.
2. Open the Find My app on your Apple device.
3. Turn on the tracker by pressing the power button once. You will hear a sound sequence, "Di Didi Di," indicating that the tracker is in pairing mode.
4. In the Find My app, tap the "+" icon (Add Item) and then select "Add Other Item." Follow the on-screen prompts to connect.
5. Once successfully paired, you can place the tracker in your wallet, car, attach it to keys, pets, or any item you wish to track.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Locating Your Items

Once paired, you can locate your tracker on the map within the Apple Find My app at any time. The device offers unlimited range, allowing you to track your items globally.

4.2 Geofencing and Notifications

You can set up geofences within the Find My app to receive notifications when your tracker enters or exits a designated area. This feature is useful for monitoring pets or ensuring items remain within a specific zone.

4.3 Multiple Trackers

Up to 32 Chiheng trackers can be added and monitored simultaneously within a single Apple device. If your phone is lost or the tracker is out of range, you can still locate your device using your iCloud account.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Life

The Chiheng tracking device features a long-lasting battery that can last up to one year under normal usage conditions. The battery is replaceable.

5.2 Power Management

To conserve battery life when the device is not in use, you can turn it off by pressing and holding the power button until you hear a confirmation sound or the indicator light turns off.

6. Troubleshooting

• Device Not Pairing: Ensure the tracker is fully charged or has a fresh battery. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your Apple device and that you are within range. Try restarting both the tracker and your Apple device.
• Inaccurate Location: Ensure the tracker has a clear line of sight to the sky for optimal GPS signal. Location accuracy can be affected by dense urban areas, thick foliage, or indoor environments.
• No Sound from Tracker: Check if the tracker's battery is low. If the issue persists, the speaker may be obstructed or damaged.
• Tracker Disconnecting: Verify that the tracker is within Bluetooth range of your Apple device or a nearby Apple device connected to the Find My network. Low battery can also cause disconnections.
