4.1. Drive Wheel Selection and Installation

4.2. Wiring the Motor

The motor requires a 110V AC power connection. The motor cable typically includes three wires: neutral (blue), live (brown), and ground (green/yellow). 4.3. App Pairing (WiFi)

To enable WiFi control, follow these steps to pair the motor with the Smart Life app:

  1. Plug in the motor to a 110V power source.
  2. Open the Smart Life app on your smartphone.
  3. Press the 'Prog' button on the motor once.
  4. Immediately short press the 'Prog' button four times.
  5. On the fifth press, hold the 'Prog' button until the motor jerks twice. This indicates it is in WiFi pairing mode.
  6. Release the button and in the Smart Life app, click 'Add Device'.
  7. The app should discover the 'WiFi tubular motor'. Follow the on-screen prompts to add the device and enter your WiFi information.

4.4. Remote Control Pairing

To pair the included remote control with the motor:

  1. Press the 'Prog' button on the motor once. The motor will jerk once.
  2. Immediately press the 'Up' button on the remote control. The motor will jerk again, indicating successful pairing.

4.5. Setting Limits (Upper and Lower)

After pairing, set the upper and lower limits for your blinds or screen using the Smart Life app. This defines the full open and full closed positions. The app provides a dedicated setting option for both 'Limit Up' and 'Limit Down'. Adjust these settings to match the desired travel range of your installation.
