5. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your CLARSTON Air Purifier:

  1. Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the air purifier and all accessories from its packaging.
  2. Check Filter Installation: The H13 True HEPA filter comes pre-installed. Ensure it is securely in place and any protective packaging around the filter has been removed. Refer to the 'Maintenance' section for filter access.
  3. Placement: Place the air purifier on a flat, stable surface. For optimal performance, ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of clear space around all sides of the unit, especially the air inlets and outlets. Avoid placing it directly against walls or furniture. The unit is suitable for rooms up to 650 square feet.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the provided USB cable to the air purifier and then to the power adapter. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Control Panel Functions

The control panel on top of the unit allows for easy operation. Specific indicators and buttons will vary slightly but generally include:

Press the Power Button once to turn the air purifier on. Press it again to turn the unit off.

6.3. Fan Speed Adjustment

Press the Fan Speed Button repeatedly to cycle through the 4 available fan speeds: Low, Medium, High, and Turbo. Select the speed that best suits your purification needs and noise preference.

6.4. Auto Mode

In Auto Mode, the air purifier intelligently adjusts its fan speed based on the real-time air quality detected by its PM2.5 sensor. This ensures optimal performance without constant manual adjustments.

6.5. Sleep Mode

Activate Sleep Mode for a peaceful night. In this mode, the air purifier operates at its lowest fan speed for ultra-low noise (below 24 dB) and typically turns off display lights to prevent disturbance.

6.6. Smart WiFi Control

The CLARSTON Air Purifier can be controlled remotely via a smartphone app. Download the official CLARSTON app from your device's app store and follow the in-app instructions to connect your air purifier. The app allows you to power on/off, adjust fan speeds, set timers, and monitor air quality from anywhere.

6.7. Child Lock

To prevent accidental changes to settings by children or pets, activate the Child Lock feature. Press and hold the Child Lock button (or designated button combination) for a few seconds until the indicator lights up. Repeat the process to deactivate.

6.8. Timer Function

Use the Timer function to set the air purifier to operate for a specific duration (e.g., 2, 4, 8 hours) before automatically turning off. Press the Timer button to cycle through available timer settings.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air purifier.

7.1. 3-Stage Filtration System

The CLARSTON Air Purifier utilizes a comprehensive 3-stage filtration system:

7.2. Filter Replacement

The air purifier is equipped with a filter replacement reminder feature. It is recommended to replace the filter every 3-6 months or after 2000 hours of usage, depending on air quality and usage frequency. When the filter replacement indicator lights up, it's time to change the filter.

  1. Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
  2. Turn the unit upside down and twist the base counter-clockwise to unlock the filter cover.
  3. Remove the old filter.
  4. Insert the new CLARSTON H13 True HEPA filter (Search for model B0D21R7L56) into the unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  5. Replace the filter cover and twist clockwise to lock it.
  6. Plug in the air purifier. To reset the filter replacement indicator, press and hold the Filter Reset button (or designated button) for 3-5 seconds until the light turns off.

7.3. Cleaning the Unit

Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no water enters the unit's interior.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your air purifier, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
