- Use only the original car charger provided to power the device.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or excessive moisture.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. Contact customer support for assistance.
- Format the Micro SD card regularly (e.g., every 3 months) to maintain optimal recording performance.
4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Mounting the Dash Cam
- Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam.
- Attach the suction cup mount to the main dash cam unit.
- Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and flip the lever to secure it. Position it where it does not obstruct your view.
4.2 Connecting the Rear Camera
- Route the rear camera cable from the main dash cam unit to the rear of your vehicle. Use the included crowbar to tuck the cable neatly along the headliner and pillar trim.
- Mount the rear camera on the inside of your rear windshield using the adhesive pad. Ensure the lens has a clear view.
- Connect the rear camera cable to the AV-IN port on the main dash cam unit.
4.3 Power Connection
- Insert the included 32GB Micro SD card into the dash cam's SD card slot. Ensure it clicks into place.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on (and power is supplied to the 12V outlet).
- It will automatically power off when the ignition is turned off.
- To manually power on/off, press and hold the Power button.
5.2 Loop Recording
The dash cam records video in continuous loops. When the memory card is full, it automatically overwrites the oldest unlocked footage. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention.

5.3 G-Sensor (Gravity Sensor)
The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden shakes or collisions. When an impact is detected, the current video footage is automatically locked and saved to prevent it from being overwritten by loop recording. This protects critical evidence in case of an accident.

5.4 Parking Monitoring
When enabled, Parking Monitoring allows the dash cam to automatically start recording if it detects a collision or vibration while the vehicle is parked. Note: A hardwire kit (not included) is necessary for continuous parking monitoring when the vehicle is off. Contact customer service if you need one.
5.5 Screen Settings
You can configure the screen saver function in the settings menu. It is recommended to turn off the screen saver when driving to avoid intermittent recording issues. You can enable it when parking.
5.6 Menu Navigation
Use the buttons on the side of the dash cam to navigate through the menu options. Refer to the on-screen prompts for specific settings like video resolution, G-Sensor sensitivity, date/time, and formatting the SD card.
6. Maintenance
- SD Card Maintenance: To ensure stable recording, format the Micro SD card every 2-4 weeks. This helps prevent data corruption and maintains optimal performance.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the dash cam's lens and screen. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: If storing the dash cam for an extended period, remove the Micro SD card and store the device in a cool, dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Dash cam is intermittent or turns off during driving. | Ensure Parking Mode and Screen Saver are turned OFF when driving. Use the original car charger. Restore factory settings if the issue persists. |
| Dash cam does not power on. | Check power connection. Ensure the car charger is properly plugged into the 12V outlet. Try a different 12V outlet. If still not working, poke the reset hole with a card pin. |
| Video quality is poor or blurry. | Clean the lens. Ensure the protective film is removed from the lens. Check video resolution settings. Bright lights (sun, headlights) can affect readability of license plates, especially at night. |
| SD card error / Cannot record. | Format the SD card in the dash cam's settings. Ensure the SD card is a high-speed (Class 10 or U3) card. Replace the SD card if the issue persists. |
| G-Sensor is too sensitive. | Set the G-Sensor sensitivity to "low" in the settings menu. |
