4. Operating Instructions
4.1 One-Touch Recording
The Plaud Note features a simple one-touch recording mechanism. Slide the mode button to select between Normal Recording Mode and Call Recording Mode, then press the record button to start or stop recording.

After recording, upload your audio to the Plaud app. The app uses Microsoft Azure's high-precision transcription engine, supporting 112 languages. It accurately transcribes spoken words, including speaker identification, minimizing errors.

4.4 AI Summarization and Mind Mapping
Leverage advanced AI models (GPT-5 and Claude 4.0 selectable) to generate summaries and mind maps from your transcriptions. Over 30 types of summarization formats are available, with continuous updates. This feature helps condense complex information efficiently.
