Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your HydroVac MessMaster.

1. Emptying the Dirty Water Tank

  1. After each use, remove the dirty water tank from the unit.
  2. Open the tank and use the debris filtration technology to separate solids from liquids. Dispose of solids in the trash and pour liquids down the drain.
  3. Rinse the dirty water tank thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry before reinserting.

2. Cleaning the Brushroll

  • Self-Cleaning: Place the unit on the charging dock and initiate the rinse cycle. The brushroll will be continuously cleaned as it spins, preventing dirt redeposit.
  • Manual Cleaning: For deeper cleaning, remove the brushroll from the nozzle. Rinse it under running water until clean. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting. The brushroll is treated to resist odor, mold, and mildew.
