5. Installation
Warning: Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker before beginning.
- Prepare the Mounting Location: Ensure the ceiling joist or support structure can safely hold the fan's weight. Install the mounting bracket securely to the ceiling.
- Assemble the Downrod: Attach the downrod to the motor housing, feeding the electrical wires through the downrod.
- Hang the Fan: Carefully lift the fan assembly and hang it from the mounting bracket.
- Make Electrical Connections: Connect the fan's electrical wires to the household wiring according to the wiring diagram provided in the separate wiring guide (not included in this manual). Ensure all connections are secure and insulated. The fan operates on 230 VAC and uses a Type F (Schuko) connector type for power supply.
