1. Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the 8BitDo Ultimate 3-Mode Controller. 2. Setup
2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the controller using the provided USB-C cable and charging dock. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging dock and a power source. Place the controller onto the charging dock. The LED indicators on the controller will show charging status.

2.3 Connecting to Devices
The controller supports three connection modes: Wired (for Xbox), 2.4G Wireless (for Windows), and Bluetooth (for Apple/Android).
2.3.1 Wired Connection (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
Connect the controller directly to your Xbox console using the provided USB-C cable. Ensure the mode switch on the back of the controller is set to the Xbox icon. The controller will automatically be recognized by the console.

2.3.2 2.4G Wireless Connection (Windows PC)
Locate the 2.4G wireless adapter stored in the charging dock. Remove the adapter and plug it into an available USB port on your Windows PC. Set the mode switch on the back of the controller to the 2.4G icon. The controller will automatically pair with the adapter.

2.3.3 Bluetooth Connection (Apple, Android)
Set the mode switch on the back of the controller to the Bluetooth icon. On your Apple or Android device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "8BitDo Ultimate Controller" to pair. The controller's LED will indicate successful pairing.
