This device offers a versatile audio experience with its ability to play CDs, connect via Bluetooth, tune into FM radio, and support USB and AUX inputs. 4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

The MONODEAL CD Player features a built-in 4000mAh rechargeable battery, providing up to 12 hours of continuous playback on a full charge.

  1. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the device.
  2. Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included), car charger, or power bank. Ensure the power adapter provides 2A output for optimal charging.
  3. The charging indicator will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

4.2 Initial Power On

Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged. Press and hold the Power button to turn on the CD player. The LCD screen will light up.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Selecting Playback Modes

Press the MODE button repeatedly to cycle through the available playback modes: CD, Bluetooth (BT), FM Radio, AUX, and USB.

5.2 CD Playback

  1. Open the CD compartment cover.
  2. Carefully place a CD (CD, CD-R, HDCD, MP3, WMA formats supported) onto the spindle, label side up.
  3. Close the CD compartment cover firmly.
  4. Ensure the device is in CD mode. Playback should begin automatically. If not, press the Play/Pause button.
  5. Use the Skip/Search buttons to navigate between tracks.
  6. The anti-jump design provides 40 seconds of anti-skip protection for CDs and 120 seconds for MP3s, ensuring uninterrupted playback even with movement.

5.3 Bluetooth Connectivity (RX/TX Mode)

The CD player supports Bluetooth 5.3 for both receiving and transmitting audio.

5.3.1 RX Mode (Receive)

In RX (Receiver) mode, the CD player acts as a Bluetooth speaker, allowing you to stream audio from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

  1. Switch the CD player to Bluetooth mode (BT). The display will show "BT" and the Bluetooth indicator will flash, indicating pairing mode.
  2. On your external device, enable Bluetooth and search for "MONODEAL CD318".
  3. Select the device to pair. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator will stop flashing.
  4. You can now play audio from your external device through the CD player's speakers.

5.3.2 TX Mode (Transmit)

In TX (Transmitter) mode, the CD player can send audio from CDs, FM radio, or USB to Bluetooth headphones or external Bluetooth speakers.

  1. Ensure your Bluetooth headphones or speaker are in pairing mode.
  2. Switch the CD player to Bluetooth mode (BT). It will automatically search for nearby Bluetooth receiving devices.
  3. Once connected, the audio from the CD player's current source (CD, FM, USB) will be transmitted to the paired Bluetooth device.

5.4 FM Radio Operation

The CD player includes an FM radio tuner (87.5MHz-108MHz).

  1. Switch the device to FM mode.
  2. Use the Skip/Search buttons to manually tune to a frequency or press and hold to auto-scan for available stations.
  3. The LCD display will show the current frequency.

5.5 USB Playback

Play MP3 or WMA audio files directly from a USB flash drive.

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the device.
  2. Switch the device to USB mode. Playback should begin automatically.
  3. Use the Skip/Search buttons to navigate between tracks.

5.6 AUX Mode

Connect external audio sources like smartphones, tablets, or car speakers using the 3.5mm AUX cable.

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX port on the CD player.
  2. Connect the other end to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device.
  3. Switch the CD player to AUX mode.
  4. Control playback and volume from your external device.

5.7 Remote Control Usage

The included remote control allows for convenient operation from up to 10 meters away.

5.8 Sleep Timer

The sleep timer allows you to set a duration after which the player will automatically turn off.

  1. Press the SLEEP button (often combined with PROG).
  2. Each press will cycle through preset sleep times (e.g., 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 minutes).
  3. The selected time will be displayed briefly. The player will turn off after the set duration.
