The MIATONE QBOX is a portable Bluetooth speaker designed to deliver 360° stereo sound with enhanced bass. Controls and Ports

• Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to play/pause.
• Volume Up (+): Short press to increase volume. Long press to skip to the next track.
• Volume Down (-): Short press to decrease volume. Long press to skip to the previous track.
• Bluetooth/TWS Button: Short press to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Long press to initiate TWS pairing.
• LED Indicator: Shows power, charging, and Bluetooth status.
• USB-C Charging Port: For charging the speaker.
• AUX Input Port: For wired audio connection.

Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the speaker's charging port.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a 5V power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3-4 hours.

2. Power On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the LED indicator lights up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the LED indicator turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (LED indicator will flash).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "MIATONE QBOX" from the list of devices.
4. Once connected, you will hear an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator will turn solid.

4. TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing

To achieve 32W stereo sound, you can pair two MIATONE QBOX speakers together.

1. Ensure both QBOX speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), long press the Bluetooth/TWS button until you hear a prompt indicating TWS pairing mode.

3. The two speakers will automatically search for and connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation sound when TWS pairing is successful.

4. Once TWS paired, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in step 3.

5. AUX Connection

For devices without Bluetooth, use the 3.5mm AUX cable.

1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX cable to the speaker's AUX input port.
2. Connect the other end to the audio output jack of your device.
3. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.

Basic Controls

• Play/Pause: Short press the Power button.
• Volume Up: Short press the '+' button.
• Volume Down: Short press the '-' button.
• Next Track: Long press the '+' button.
• Previous Track: Long press the '-' button.

Hands-free Calling

With the built-in microphone, you can answer calls directly through the speaker when connected via Bluetooth.

• Answer Call: Short press the Power button.
• End Call: Short press the Power button during a call.
• Reject Call: Long press the Power button.

Maintenance

Waterproof Care

• Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.
• After exposure to water, wipe the speaker dry with a soft cloth.
• Do not charge the speaker if the charging port is wet.

Cleaning

• Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker's surface.
• For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Troubleshooting

Question 1: Cannot charge

• Answer (1): Please try using the included USB Type-C cable and a 5V power adapter. Ensure the cable is securely connected to the charging port.
• Answer (2): Is the USB-C cable securely plugged into the USB charger? Please re-plug the USB cable into the USB charger.
• Answer (3): It takes approximately 3-4 hours for a full charge.

Question 2: Sound frequently cuts out

• Answer (1): Please ensure there is no Wi-Fi or radio interference nearby. Disconnections may occur in environments with long-distance connections (>30 meters) or obstacles (metal, walls, etc.).
• Answer (2): When listening to music on your smartphone or computer, closing unnecessary apps or restarting the Bluetooth device may improve the situation.
• Answer (3): If reconnection is not made while in a non-Bluetooth connected state, the power will automatically turn off after approximately 20-30 minutes.
