2. Safety Information

4. Setup

4.2 Smart Life App Download and Pairing
- Download App: Download the "Smart Life" app from the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
- Register/Login: Open the app and register for a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Enter Pairing Mode: On the timer, locate the WiFi button. Press and hold this button until the WiFi indicator light begins to flash rapidly. This indicates the device is in pairing mode.
- Add Device in App: In the Smart Life app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Select the appropriate device type (e.g., "Electrical Outlet" or "Smart Plug").
- Connect to WiFi: Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to connect the timer to your 2.4G WiFi network. Ensure your phone is also connected to the same 2.4G WiFi network during pairing.
- Confirmation: Once successfully paired, the WiFi indicator light on the timer will become solid, and the device will appear in your Smart Life app.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Manual Control
You can manually turn the connected appliances ON or OFF by pressing the ON/OFF button on the timer unit. Pressing this button will toggle the power state of both connected outlets.
5.2 App Control (Smart Life App)
Once the timer is paired with the Smart Life app, you can control it remotely and set schedules.
- Remote ON/OFF: Open the Smart Life app, select your Ortis Smart Pool Timer, and tap the power icon to turn it ON or OFF.
- Setting Schedules: The app allows for various timing functions:
- Daily Cycle Mode: Set a specific ON/OFF time for each day.
- Timer Cycle Mode: Set a duration for the device to run (e.g., 2H, 4H, 6H, 8H, 12H, 24H). This can also be set directly on the device using the timer buttons.
- Weekly Schedule: Create detailed schedules for specific days of the week, down to the minute.
- Time Correction: The app includes functionality for time correction to ensure accurate scheduling.

5.3 Voice Control
