3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Display Configuration
The docking station supports various display modes for Windows and macOS. Ensure your laptop's graphics card and USB-C port support the desired display configuration.

Image 3.1: Visual representation of Mirror Mode (AAAAA) and Extend Modes (ABBBB, ABCDE) for Windows and macOS, illustrating how multiple monitors can be configured.

Image 3.2: Examples of 4K video output configurations for Windows OS (HDMI 1 + HDMI 2, HDMI 1 + HDMI 2 + DP) and Mac OS (HDMI 1 + HDMI 2, HDMI 1 + HDMI 2 + DP).
Display Modes:
- Mirror Mode: All connected displays show the same content as your laptop screen.
- Extend Mode: Each connected display shows different content, extending your desktop workspace.
Note on Resolution: The final resolution depends on your host device's capabilities. For Windows, only devices supporting DP1.4 can achieve 4K resolution on multiple displays. For Mac OS, the maximum resolution for multiple displays is 4K@60Hz.

Image 3.3: Comparison of display capabilities for Mac OS (not supporting different screens on multiple monitors) and Windows (DP1.4 and AMD processor laptops supporting up to 4 screens, Intel graphics limited to 3 external displays with one going black).
3.2 Data Transfer
The docking station provides various USB ports for connecting peripherals and transferring data.

5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your docking station, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Image 5.1: Important tips regarding power supply, multi-screen support, resolution, M1 chip compatibility, and using other converters.
- No Display Output / Only One Monitor Working:
- Verify USB-C Port: Confirm your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. Not all USB-C ports support video output.
- Power Supply: Ensure a 100W PD adapter is connected to the docking station's PD3.0 port. Insufficient power can affect display stability.
- Cable Check: Use high-quality HDMI/DP/VGA cables. Try swapping cables or ports.
- Laptop Settings: Check your laptop's display settings (Windows: Display Settings > Detect; macOS: System Settings > Displays) to ensure external monitors are detected and configured correctly.
- Driver Updates: Ensure your laptop's graphics drivers are up to date.
- Mac OS Limitations: Mac OS typically does not support different content on multiple external monitors in extend mode (only mirror or single extended display).
- Intel Graphics: Laptops with Intel Graphics Card (DP1.4) may have one screen go black when attempting to use four external displays due to limitations.
- Unstable Connection / Device Disconnections:
- Power Supply: Reiterate the importance of a stable 100W power input to the dock.
- Host Connection: Ensure the USB-C cable connecting the dock to your laptop is securely seated and undamaged.
- Overheating: If the dock feels excessively hot, disconnect it, allow it to cool, and ensure proper ventilation. Overheating can lead to instability.
- USB Ports Not Working:
- Power: Confirm the docking station is receiving adequate power.
- Reconnection: Disconnect and reconnect the USB device.
- Laptop USB-C Port: Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports data transfer.
- Logitech Bluetooth Products Interference:
- This product may cause Bluetooth signal interference with Logitech wireless products, potentially causing cursor delay or flicker. Consider using wired peripherals or non-Logitech wireless devices.
- M1 Chip Compatibility:
- For the unstable performance of some M1 chip Mac models, the video output may fail to display properly.
