4. Maintenance

4.1 Battery Care

The VTOMAN Jump 2200 utilizes a durable and safer LiFePO4 battery, which is more heat-resistant and offers a longer lifespan compared to NCM batteries.

  • The LiFePO4 battery provides 3000 life cycles before dropping to 80% of its original capacity.
  • Store the power station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge the unit to 50-80% every 3-6 months to preserve battery health.
  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently, as this can reduce its overall lifespan.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your VTOMAN Jump 2200, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Power station not turning on.Battery is completely discharged.Connect to a wall outlet or solar panel for charging. Ensure the power button is pressed and held for a few seconds.
Devices not charging from AC outlets.AC output is not enabled, or device exceeds 2200W continuous power.Press the AC power button to enable AC output. Check device wattage; while the unit supports constant power for some high-wattage devices, extremely sensitive devices over 2200W may not function correctly.
Solar panel not charging the power station.Insufficient sunlight, incorrect connection, or damaged panel/cable.Ensure the solar panel is in direct sunlight and properly connected to the power station. Check cables for damage. Verify the solar input port is clean.
LCD screen not displaying information.Power station is off, or screen is in standby mode.Press any button to wake the screen. If it remains blank, ensure the power station is turned on.
Jump starter not working.Jumper cables not connected correctly, car battery too low, or engine size exceeds limits.Ensure jumper cables are securely connected to the car battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative). Confirm the power station has sufficient charge. Verify engine size is within specified limits (8L gasoline, 6L diesel).

If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact VTOMAN customer support.
