1. Product Overview

2. Important Safety Instructions

Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating the pressure washer. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.

• Eye Protection: Always wear ANSI Z87.1 approved safety glasses or goggles when operating the pressure washer.
• Hearing Protection: Wear appropriate hearing protection to prevent noise-induced hearing loss.
• Foot Protection: Wear sturdy, non-slip footwear to prevent accidental slips.
• Hand Protection: Use gloves to protect hands from high-pressure spray and chemicals.
• High Pressure Hazard: The high-pressure spray can cause serious injury. Never direct the spray at people, pets, or electrical devices.
• Safety Lock: The spray gun is equipped with a safety lock. Always engage the safety lock when the pressure washer is not in use or when changing nozzles to prevent accidental discharge.
• Ventilation: Operate the pressure washer in a well-ventilated area to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning. Never operate indoors.
• Fuel Safety: Handle gasoline with extreme care. Store fuel in an approved container, away from ignition sources. Do not refuel a hot engine.

4. Assembly Instructions

The pressure washer comes as a complete kit requiring assembly. Follow these steps to set up your unit.

1. Attach Wheels: Securely attach the two wheels to the base frame using the provided axles and fasteners.
2. Assemble Frame: Connect the U-frames to the main base frame and the handle assembly. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
3. Mount Engine and Pump: Carefully place the engine and pump assembly onto the designated mounting points on the base frame. Fasten them with the appropriate bolts and nuts.
4. Install Nozzle Holder: Attach the nozzle holder panel to the handle assembly. This provides convenient storage for the quick-connect nozzles.
5. Connect Hoses:
   • Connect the high-pressure outlet hose to the pump's high-pressure outlet.
   • Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the spray gun.
   • Attach the water inlet hose to the pump's water inlet. Ensure the water inlet filter is properly installed on the inlet hose to prevent debris from entering the pump.
6. Detergent Tank: If applicable, connect the detergent tank to its designated port on the pump or frame.

5. Operation Guide

5.1 Pre-Operation Checklist

• Fuel: Ensure the fuel tank is filled with fresh, unleaded gasoline.
• Engine Oil: Check the engine oil level. Add oil if necessary, referring to the engine manual for the correct type and capacity.
• Water Supply: Connect the water inlet hose to a reliable water source (e.g., garden hose) and ensure the water supply is turned on fully.
• Hose Connections: Verify all hose connections are tight and secure to prevent leaks.
• Nozzle Selection: Choose the appropriate nozzle for your cleaning task and securely attach it to the spray gun.
