Setup Instructions

Assembly requires at least two people. No additional installation tools are required as connections use spring buttons.

Step 1: Prepare the Area

  1. Choose a flat, level surface for assembly, clear of any sharp objects or debris.
  2. Unpack all boxes and lay out components, verifying against the components list. Note that the tent ships in 5 packages which may arrive at different times.

Step 2: Assemble the Roof Frame

  1. Connect the roof poles using the solid and seamless welded joints. Ensure the spring buttons click into place for secure connections.
  2. Form the triangular roof structure as shown in the diagrams.

Step 3: Attach the Legs and Ground Bars

  1. Attach the leg poles to the roof frame connectors.
  2. Connect the closed extra ground bars to the base of the leg poles. This closed ground link design enhances stability.
  3. Ensure all connections are secure.

Step 4: Install the Roof Tarp

  1. Carefully drape the 160g polyethylene roof tarp over the assembled frame.
  2. Secure the tarp to the frame using the elastic ball bungees. Ensure the tarp is taut and evenly distributed.

Step 5: Attach Sidewalls and Doors

  1. Attach the removable sidewalls and zipper doors as desired. The number of sidewalls can be adjusted based on your needs.
  2. Secure sidewalls to the frame using the provided fasteners.

Step 6: Secure the Tent

  1. Use the nylon wind ropes and ground nails (pegs) to anchor the tent securely to the ground. This is crucial for stability, especially in moderate weather conditions.
  2. Ensure all ropes are taut and pegs are firmly in the ground.

Operating Instructions

Ventilation and Access

  • The tent features roll-up zipper doors and detachable sidewalls for excellent ventilation. On hot days, roll up the doors and remove sidewalls as needed to provide cross-ventilation.
  • On colder days, keep sidewalls and doors closed to provide warmth and shelter.
  • The PVC cathedral windows allow natural light and provide a good view while maintaining shelter.

Weather Considerations

  • The tent is waterproof, windproof, rainproof, dustproof, and anti-snow.
  • Important: Do not use the tent when the wind is strong. Disassemble the tent in anticipation of severe weather conditions to prevent damage.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Clean the polyethylene fabric with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the material.
  • Rinse thoroughly and allow the fabric to air dry completely before storage.
  • Wipe down the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt.

Storage

  • Ensure all components are clean and completely dry before disassembling and storing.
  • Store the tent in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, to prolong its lifespan.
  • Proper storage prevents mold, mildew, and material degradation.

Inspection

  • Periodically inspect the frame for any signs of rust or damage.
  • Check the fabric for tears or wear, especially before and after each use.
  • Ensure all connection points and fasteners are in good working order.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Tent is unstable or shakes Incomplete assembly; insufficient anchoring; strong winds. Ensure all frame connections are secure. Verify ground bars are properly installed. Use all wind ropes and ground nails. Do not use in strong winds.
Water leakage Tarp not taut; damage to tarp; improper installation. Ensure tarp is stretched tightly and secured with all bungees. Inspect tarp for tears and repair if necessary. Re-check installation.
Missing parts upon delivery Packages may arrive separately. Wait for all 5 packages to arrive. If parts are still missing after all packages have been received, contact customer service.
Difficulty connecting poles Spring button not aligning; debris in connection point. Ensure poles are aligned correctly. Check for any obstructions in the connection points. Apply gentle pressure and twist slightly.
