5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Pre-Installation Check

• Test your cell phone band and check your outdoor signal strength (at least 1-2 bars) before installation.
• Identify the location with the strongest outdoor signal for the outdoor antenna. This is typically on the roof or an exterior wall facing the nearest cell tower.

5.2 Installation Steps

1. Mount the Outdoor Antenna: Install the outdoor directional antenna in the location with the strongest signal. Ensure it is securely mounted using the provided mounting kits. Point it towards the nearest cell tower.
2. Run Cables: Connect one end of a 30ft cable to the outdoor antenna and route the other end into your home to the location where the booster unit will be placed. Repeat for the indoor antennas.
