5. Setup and Initial Preparation

5.1 Unboxing and Assembly:

The EVERCROSS A1 comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final setup:

1. Carefully remove the scooter and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Unfold the scooter by releasing the folding mechanism. Ensure the stem locks securely into place.
3. Attach the handlebars to the stem, ensuring all cables are properly connected and not pinched. Tighten any screws using the provided tools.
4. Inspect the tires, brakes, and all moving parts for any signs of damage or loose connections.

5.2 Initial Charging:

Before your first ride, fully charge the scooter's battery. The charging time is approximately 7 hours.

6.2 Riding the Scooter:

1. Place one foot firmly on the deck and push off with the other foot to gain initial momentum.
2. Once moving, gently press the accelerator paddle to engage the motor.
3. To slow down or stop, use the front drum brake and rear electric brake.
4. The scooter features three speed gears (9.3 MPH, 18.6 MPH, 28 MPH) which can be adjusted via the controls.

6.3 Mobile App Connectivity:

Connect your EVERCROSS A1 to the dedicated mobile app via Bluetooth for enhanced control and monitoring. The app allows for navigation, locking/unlocking, cruise control, headlight control, and speed mode adjustment.
