4. Setup
4.1 Battery Installation
The TrustFire MC5 comes with a pre-installed 5000mAh Lithium-Ion battery. Ensure the battery is securely seated before first use. If removing or re-inserting the battery, ensure the positive (+) end faces towards the flashlight head.
4.2 Initial Charging

5. Operating Instructions

- To turn the flashlight ON: Press the side switch once.
- To turn the flashlight OFF: Press and hold the side switch for approximately 1 second.
5.2 Mode Switching
When the flashlight is ON, single-press the side switch to cycle through the lighting modes in the following order: High → Medium → Low → Candlelight. The flashlight will remember the last used mode (except Strobe) when turned off and on again.
