Introduction

The MAXGROOM LK-881 Body Hair Trimmer is designed for versatile and comfortable grooming. This kit includes multiple interchangeable heads for various body areas, an adjustable guide comb, and features a waterproof design for both wet and dry use. An intelligent LED display provides real-time battery status, and the device is USB rechargeable for convenience.

Setup

1. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the trimmer using the provided USB charging cable. The LED display will show the battery percentage. A full charge provides approximately 90 minutes of cordless use.
2. Attaching Trimmer Heads: Select the desired trimmer head (V-shaped, beard, foil shaver, or nose trimmer). Align the head with the top of the trimmer handle and gently push until it clicks securely into place.
3. Adjusting Guide Comb (Beard Trimmer Head): If using the beard trimmer head, attach the adjustable guide comb. Rotate the dial on the comb to select your desired trimming length from 1mm to 9mm.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

• To turn on/off: Press the power button once.
• Travel Lock: Long-press the power button for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate the travel lock. This prevents accidental activation during transport.
• Wet & Dry Use: The trimmer is IPX6 waterproof, allowing for safe use in or out of the shower.

Using Different Trimmer Heads

1. V-shaped Body Trimmer Head: Ideal for sensitive and hard-to-reach areas such as underarms, groin, pubic region, and buttocks. Use gentle, even strokes.

2. Beard Trimmer Head with Adjustable Comb: For facial hair and general body trimming. Adjust the comb to your desired length (1-9mm) before trimming. Move the trimmer against the direction of hair growth for best results.

3. Foil Shaver Head: For a smooth, close shave on the face, neck, and other body areas. Use light pressure and move in circular motions or against hair growth.
4. Nose Trimmer Head: For safely trimming nose and ear hair. Insert the trimmer tip gently into the nostril or ear canal and move in a circular motion.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: After each use, turn off the trimmer and detach the head. Rinse the trimmer head under running water. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any trapped hairs from the blades. The entire device is waterproof, allowing for easy rinsing.
• Oiling: Periodically apply a small drop of the provided lubricating oil to the trimmer blades to maintain optimal performance and longevity.
• Storage: Store the trimmer and all accessories in the provided storage pouch in a dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting

• Trimmer not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Check if the travel lock is activated (long-press power button for 3 seconds to deactivate).
