Introduction

Assembly Instructions

The Mobvoi Home Treadmill Plus requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps to set up your treadmill:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging.
2. Install Phone Bracket: Use the provided 5# inner hexagonal wrench and two ST4.2*16 cross recess countersunk self-tapping screws to fix the phone bracket onto the top of the console.
3. Adjust Foot Pads: If the ground is not flat or the treadmill shakes during use, adjust the four adjustable foot pads located under the treadmill to achieve a stable and level position.
4. Connect Power: Insert the power cord into the front socket of the treadmill. Turn on the power switch located at the bottom front of the machine.
5. Attach Safety Lock: Ensure the red safety lock is securely placed in the designated position under the control panel. When using the treadmill, clip one end of the safety lock to the edge of your clothing.

Operating the Treadmill

Operating Modes

The Mobvoi Home Treadmill Plus offers three distinct operating modes:

• Running Mode: Speed range from 0.6 to 7.6 mph. Ideal for jogging and running exercises.
• Workstation Mode: Speed range from 0.6 to 3.8 mph. Designed for use under a standing desk, allowing you to walk while working.
• Walking Mode: Speed range from 0.6 to 3.8 mph. Suitable for casual walking.

Controls and Display

The treadmill features an LED display and multiple control options:

• LED Display: Cycles through speed, duration, distance, and calories burned every 5 seconds.
• Remote Control: Adjust speed and start/stop the treadmill wirelessly.
• Console Buttons: Directly adjust speeds to 1.9 mph (button "3") and 3.7 mph (button "6").

Connectivity Features

• Built-in Speaker: Connect your phone or other audio devices via Bluetooth to enjoy music during your workout.
• Smartwatch Connection: Seamlessly connect any Wear OS by Google-powered smartwatch (with the Mobvoi Treadmill App installed from the Google Play Store) to synchronize workout data. Track speed, time, distance, and calories on the treadmill display, while your smartwatch records heart rate, steps, and calories burned.
• Virtual Training Experience: Connect to platforms like ZWIFT and Kinomap via your device for an immersive virtual racing experience.

Maintenance
