Key Features
- 360° LiDAR Navigation: Creates accurate maps of your home, allowing the robot to save up to 5 maps for multi-floor cleaning. This ensures efficient path planning and avoids repeated mapping.
- 2-in-1 Sweeping & Mopping: Equipped with an electronically controlled water pump and adjustable 3-level water output for effective mopping. Features a 300ml dust bin and a 250ml water tank.
- 4000 Pa Strong Suction: Provides powerful suction to effectively clean crumbs, pet hair, and debris from hard floors, tiles, wooden floors, and low-pile carpets.
- 150 Mins Runtime & Self-Charging: Offers up to 150 minutes of cleaning in quiet mode. The robot automatically returns to its charging station when the battery is low and resumes cleaning once charged.
- Convenient APP / Voice Control: Customize cleaning modes, suction/water outlet levels, select specific rooms, set virtual walls, and define no-go zones via the Tuya Smart App. Compatible with Alexa and Google Home (2.4G Wi-Fi only).
- 14 No-go Zones & Sensor Technology: Allows setting up to 14 no-go zones for carpets or pet areas. Improved sensors help avoid obstacles and steep drops.
Setup
- Unpacking and Placement: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the charging station against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the sides and 1.5 meters (5 feet) in front.
- Initial Charging: Connect the power adapter to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet. Place the robot vacuum onto the charging station. Ensure the robot is fully charged to 100% before its first use.
- App Installation and Pairing:
- Download the "Tuya Smart" app from your mobile device's app store.
- Register or log in to your account.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your Tikom L9000 robot. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the robot only supports this frequency.
- Initial Mapping: Once paired, initiate a full cleaning cycle from the app. The robot will begin mapping your home. Allow it to complete the entire cycle without interruption for accurate map creation. The app will display the real-time mapping progress.

- Customized Cleaning and Zones:
- Room Selection: Select specific rooms on the app's map for targeted cleaning.
- No-Go Zones & Virtual Walls: Draw virtual boundaries on the map to prevent the robot from entering certain areas (No-Go Zones) or to create virtual barriers (Virtual Walls). This is useful for areas with delicate items or carpets during mopping.
- No-Mop Zones: Designate areas where the robot should vacuum but not mop.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Tikom L9000 robot vacuum.
- Emptying the Dust Bin: The 300ml dust bin should be emptied after each cleaning cycle, especially if cleaning large areas or areas with significant debris.
- Refilling the Water Tank: For mopping functions, ensure the 250ml water tank is filled with clean water. Do not use cleaning solutions that are not specifically designed for robot vacuums, as they may clog the system.
- Cleaning Filters: The HEPA filter and sponge should be cleaned regularly. Tap off loose debris and rinse if necessary, ensuring they are completely dry before reinstallation. Replace filters every 3-6 months depending on usage.
- Cleaning Brushes: Regularly check and clean the main brush and side brushes. Remove any tangled hair or debris to prevent performance issues. Spare side brushes are included for replacement.
- Sensor Cleaning: Wipe the sensors on the robot with a clean, dry cloth to ensure accurate navigation and obstacle avoidance.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot does not turn on. | Low battery or not properly charged. | Place the robot on the charging station and ensure it is fully charged. Check power adapter connection. |
| Robot cannot connect to Wi-Fi. | Incorrect Wi-Fi frequency (not 2.4GHz) or weak signal. | Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz signal. Move the charging station closer to the router. Re-pair the device in the app. |
| Robot gets stuck frequently. | Obstacles, loose cables, or low clearance areas. | Clear the cleaning area of obstacles. Use No-Go Zones or Virtual Walls in the app for problematic areas. The robot has a height of 3.66 inches, ensure furniture clearance. |
| Poor cleaning performance. | Full dust bin, clogged filter, or tangled brushes. | Empty the dust bin. Clean or replace the HEPA filter. Clean the main brush and side brushes. |
| Mopping function not working. | Empty water tank or clogged water outlet. | Fill the water tank. Check for blockages in the water outlet and clean if necessary. Ensure the mopping cloth is properly attached. |
