4.1 Components and Features

• Power Button (ON/OFF): Press and hold to turn the power bank on or off.
• Battery Level Indicators: Four LED lights indicating 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% charge levels. A 'FAST' indicator light shows when fast charging is active.
• USB-C PD3.0 IN/OUT Port: Supports 30W Power Delivery for both input (charging the power bank) and output (charging devices).
• USB-A QC3.0 Output Port: Supports 18W Quick Charge 3.0 for fast charging compatible devices.
• USB-A Output Port: Standard 12W USB-A output for general device charging.
• 12V/5A DC Output Port: Provides a regulated 12V DC output for devices requiring constant voltage, such as telescopes or specific motors.
• 12V Cigarette Lighter Socket: A regulated 13.5V 6A 81W output designed for car appliances like dash cams, car refrigerators, or air compressors.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your RoyPow Portable Power Bank. This ensures the battery is calibrated and ready for optimal performance.

1. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the PD3.0 IN/OUT port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a 30W PD compatible wall charger (not included).
3. The battery level indicators will illuminate, showing the charging progress. All four lights will be solid when fully charged.

A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours with a 30W PD input.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Turning On/Off

Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn the power bank on or off. The battery indicator lights will illuminate when the device is on.

6.2 Using the Output Ports

The RoyPow Portable Power Bank offers multiple output options to charge various devices simultaneously.

• USB-C PD3.0 Output: Connect your USB-C compatible laptop, tablet, or smartphone to the PD3.0 IN/OUT port using a USB-C to USB-C cable for fast charging up to 30W.
• USB-A QC3.0 Output: For devices supporting Quick Charge 3.0, use this port with a compatible USB-A cable to achieve faster charging speeds up to 18W.
• USB-A Output: Use this port for standard charging of smartphones, smartwatches, and other USB-powered devices.
• 12V/5A DC Output: This port provides a stable 12V DC output, suitable for devices like telescopes, routers, mini fans, or CCTV cameras that require a constant voltage input. Use the provided DC cable or a compatible cable for your device.
• 12V Cigarette Lighter Socket: This regulated 13.5V 6A 81W socket is ideal for powering car accessories such as dash cams, portable air compressors, car refrigerators, or vacuum cleaners. Simply plug your device's cigarette lighter adapter into this socket.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Care and Storage

• Clean the power bank with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• For long-term storage, charge the power bank to approximately 50-75% every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
