1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and First Use
Unpacking:
- Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any packing materials, stickers, or labels.
- Wipe down the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (crumb tray, air fry basket, baking rack, baking tray) with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
Placement:
- Place the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clear space on all sides of the oven for proper ventilation.
- Do not place the oven directly against a wall or under cabinets during operation, as heat and steam may damage surfaces.
Initial Burn-Off:
Before first use, it is recommended to run the oven empty for about 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. This may produce a slight odor and some smoke, which is normal.
- Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Set the oven to a high temperature (e.g., 400°F / 200°C) and a timer for 15 minutes.
- Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.
- After 15 minutes, turn off the oven, unplug it, and allow it to cool completely.

The Midea Flexify Air Fryer Oven offers 10 versatile cooking functions controlled via a digital display and rotary knob.

General Operation:
- Plug in the appliance. The LED display will illuminate.
- Use the FUNC button to cycle through the cooking functions (Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Broil, Toast, Pizza, Reheat, Slow Cook, Dehydrate, Warm).
- Once a function is selected, use the TEMP/TIME buttons and the rotary knob to adjust the temperature and cooking time. The temperature can be adjusted in 5°F increments, and time in 1-minute increments.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin cooking.
- To pause or stop a program, press and hold the START/STOP button for 3 seconds.
Specific Function Notes:
- Air Fry Function: Due to the powerful Air Cyclone technology, preheating is generally not required for the air fry function. You can place frozen foods directly on the air frying basket and start the program for crispy results.
- Preheat Function: For functions other than air fry, if preheating is desired, allow the oven to reach the set temperature before adding food.
Using Accessories:
- Crumb Tray: Always place the crumb tray at the bottom of the oven, below the heating element, to catch crumbs and drips.
- Air Fry Basket: When using the air fry function, place the air fry basket on the rack and spread food evenly for best results.
