2. Setup
2.1. Package Contents
Before you begin, please ensure all items are present in the package:

- Keycap Puller
- USB Cable (USB-A to USB-C)
- Additional Keycaps (if included with your specific model)
- Replacement Switches (if included)
2.2. Connection Modes
The surmen M75 keyboard supports three connection modes: Wired (USB-C), 2.4Ghz Wireless, and Bluetooth 5.0. A switch on the back of the keyboard allows you to select your preferred mode.

- Wired Mode: Connect the keyboard to your computer using the provided USB-C cable. The keyboard will automatically be recognized.
- 2.4Ghz Wireless Mode: Locate the 2.4Ghz USB dongle, usually stored in a slot on the back of the keyboard. Plug the dongle into an available USB port on your computer. Switch the keyboard to 2.4G mode.
- Bluetooth Mode: Switch the keyboard to BT mode. The keyboard can connect to up to 3 Bluetooth devices simultaneously. To pair, press and hold Fn + Q, Fn + W, or Fn + E for 3-5 seconds until the corresponding indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode. Select 'surmen M75' from your device's Bluetooth settings.
2.3. Initial Charge

Note: Win/Alt will interchange when switching interfaces; do not lock Win.
The knob controls brightness/volume. Press the knob to switch between RGB mode and Mute ON/OFF. Hold the knob for 3 seconds to change its mode to multimedia control (volume up/down, mute).
4. Maintenance
4.1. Cleaning
To maintain the keyboard's appearance and functionality, regularly clean it. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the surface. For deeper cleaning, you may use a can of compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps. For stubborn stains, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the keyboard.
4.2. Switch and Keycap Replacement
Thanks to the hot-swappable design, you can easily replace switches and keycaps. Use the provided keycap puller to gently remove keycaps. For switches, use the switch puller to carefully extract them from the PCB. Align the new switch's pins with the sockets and press firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure pins are not bent during insertion.
5. Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding:
- Ensure the correct connection mode (Wired, 2.4G, BT) is selected via the switch on the back.
- For wired mode, check the USB-C cable connection.
- For 2.4G wireless, ensure the dongle is securely plugged in and the keyboard is charged.
- For Bluetooth, ensure the keyboard is paired correctly (Fn + Q/W/E) and charged. Try re-pairing if issues persist.
- Check battery level (Fn + Alt).
- RGB lighting not working or stuck:
- Ensure the keyboard is charged.
- Check lighting settings via the driver software.
- Try cycling through lighting modes using the knob or relevant key combinations.
- Keys not registering:
- If a specific key is not working, the switch might be faulty or improperly seated. Use the switch puller to remove and re-insert the switch. If the issue persists, replace the switch with one of the spares provided.
- Ensure the keyboard is not in a locked mode (e.g., WIN key lock).
