Introduction

The Xilecam X200 Action Camera is designed for capturing high-resolution video and photos during various activities. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your camera to ensure optimal performance.

The camera records in Full HD 1080P at 30 frames per second and is waterproof up to 131 feet (40 meters) with its included case. It comes with a 32GB memory card and two rechargeable batteries for extended use.

Setup

1. Inserting the Battery

1. Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the camera.
2. Insert a fully charged 900mAh battery, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Inserting the Micro SD Card

1. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the camera.
2. Insert the 32GB Micro SD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
3. Note: The camera supports Micro SD cards up to 32GB. Do not use cards with 128GB or higher capacity.

3. Charging the Battery

1. Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB charging cable.
2. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.
3. The camera includes two batteries for extended recording time.

4. Powering On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power/Mode button on the front of the camera.
• To power off: Press and hold the Power/Mode button again.

Operating Modes

The Xilecam X200 offers various modes for different recording needs.

1. Video Recording Mode

• Default mode upon powering on.
• Press the 'OK' button (top button) to start recording. Press again to stop.
• Records in 1080P Full HD at 30 frames per second.

2. Photo Mode

• Press the Power/Mode button repeatedly to cycle through modes until the camera icon appears.
• Press the 'OK' button to capture a photo.

3. Other Modes (Loop Recording, Time Lapse, Driving Mode)

• Access these modes through the camera's menu settings.
• Use the side buttons to navigate the menu and select desired options.

4. Waterproof Operation

The camera is waterproof up to 131 feet (40 meters) when enclosed in its dedicated waterproof case.

1. Ensure the camera is securely placed inside the waterproof case.
2. Verify that the case is properly sealed before submerging.
3. The physical buttons on the case allow full control of the camera underwater.

Connectivity

The Xilecam X200 Action Camera does not support Wi-Fi functionality. To transfer files, remove the Micro SD card and insert it into a compatible card reader connected to your computer.

Mounting Options

• Helmet Mounts: Attach the camera to your helmet for point-of-view footage during activities like cycling or skiing.

• Straps: Use the included straps to attach the camera to various gear or body parts.
• Dash Cam Mode: The camera can be used as a dash cam to record your journeys.

Maintenance

• Keep the camera and accessories clean and dry.
• After using the waterproof case, rinse it with fresh water and dry thoroughly to prevent corrosion.
• Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

• Camera not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted.
• Recording issues: Check if the Micro SD card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space. Ensure the card is compatible (max 32GB).
• Water leakage in case: Always inspect the waterproof case for any damage or debris on the seal before each use. Ensure it is properly closed.
