1. Safety Information

Please read and understand all instructions before assembling or operating this tool cart. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or property damage.

• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and gloves, during assembly.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs for the entire cart. Each drawer has a capacity of 22.5 lbs, and each tray has a capacity of 120 lbs.
• Ensure the cart is on a level surface and the casters are locked when loading or unloading heavy items to prevent accidental movement.
• Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts, especially when opening and closing drawers.
• Do not allow children to play on or around the tool cart.

3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required for this tool cart. Follow the steps below carefully. Refer to the official installation video for visual guidance.

1. Attach Casters to Bottom Tray: Secure the four universal casters to the underside of the bottom tray using the provided hardware. Ensure two casters with brakes are positioned on the same side for easy locking.
2. Install Vertical Support Posts: Attach the four vertical support posts to the corners of the bottom tray. Note: Do not fully tighten bolts until all main components are in place. The cart features pre-mounted, threaded bolts for easier assembly.
3. Attach Middle Tray: Slide the middle tray into position between the vertical support posts and secure it with the appropriate hardware.
4. Install Side Panels and Handle: Attach the side panels, which include the side organizer shelves, to the vertical support posts. Then, attach the ergonomic non-slip handle to the top rear of the cart.
5. Install Drawers: Carefully slide the drawers onto their respective ball bearing slides. Ensure the slides are properly aligned. The drawer fronts should be attached securely.
6. Attach Top Tray: Place the top tray onto the uppermost section of the cart and secure it.
7. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all bolts using a Ph2 Phillips screwdriver.
8. Place EVA Mats: Insert the soft EVA mats into each drawer and on each tray to protect tools and surfaces.

4. Operating Instructions

This tool cart is designed for efficient and organized storage and transport of tools and supplies.

• Moving the Cart: Use the ergonomic non-slip handle to push or pull the cart. The 4-inch larger rubber casters provide smooth movement across various surfaces.
• Locking the Casters: To prevent the cart from moving, press down on the brake levers located on two of the universal casters until they click into place. To release, lift the levers.
• Using Drawers: The two drawers feature smooth ball bearing slides for easy opening and closing. Pull the hidden drawer handles to access contents.
• Locking Drawers: The cart includes a locking mechanism to secure the drawers. Insert the key and turn to lock or unlock.
• Side Organizer Shelves: Utilize the perforated side organizer shelves for hanging or storing frequently used tools like screwdrivers.
• Removable 2nd Tray: The middle tray is removable, offering flexibility for larger items or different storage configurations.

5. Maintenance

• Fasteners: Check all bolts and screws periodically and tighten them if they have become loose.
• EVA Mats: The soft EVA mats can be removed and cleaned separately. Ensure they are dry before placing them back in the drawers or on the trays.

6. Troubleshooting

• Drawers are Sticking or Not Sliding Smoothly:

  • Ensure the cart is on a level surface, as uneven surfaces can affect drawer operation.
  • Verify that the drawer is not overloaded beyond its 22.5 lbs capacity.
• Casters are Not Rolling Smoothly or Locking Properly:
  • Inspect the wheels for any obstructions (e.g., hair, string) and remove them.
  • Ensure the brake mechanism is fully engaged or disengaged.
  • Check if the caster mounting bolts are securely tightened.
• Cart Feels Unstable:
  • Verify that all assembly bolts are fully tightened.
  • Ensure the weight distribution on the trays and in the drawers is balanced.
  • Do not exceed the total weight capacity of 400 lbs.
