Setup

Unboxing and Initial Assembly

Your ENGWE Engine Pro Electric Bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. The remaining assembly typically involves attaching the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel. A tool kit is included to assist with this process. Refer to the included video tutorials for a step-by-step guide to ensure correct assembly.

Battery Charging

Before your first ride, fully charge the 52V 16Ah lithium battery. Connect the charger to the bike's charging port and then to a standard power outlet. The charging indicator will show when the battery is full. Avoid overcharging and ensure the charging port is clean and dry.

Operating the Electric Bike

Powering On and Off

To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the intelligent LCD display. To power off, press and hold the same button. The display will illuminate, showing various ride data.

Riding Modes

The ENGWE Engine Pro offers multiple riding modes:

  • Pedal Assist Mode (PAS): Provides electric assistance as you pedal. The 75Nm torque sensor ensures a 0-delayed start. Max range up to 68 miles.
  • Electric Mode: Full electric power without pedaling. Max range up to 30.5 miles.
  • Manual Mode: Ride as a traditional bicycle without electric assistance.

Use the controls on the handlebars to switch between modes and adjust the level of assistance.
