3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
The camera uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Ensure the battery is charged before first use.
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the side of the camera.
- Insert the battery into the compartment, ensuring the correct orientation as indicated by the diagram inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover until it clicks securely.

3.2 Memory Card Installation
A memory card (up to 128GB, not included) is required to store photos and videos.
- Open the battery compartment cover (which also houses the SD card slot).
- Insert the SD card into the designated slot with the metal contacts facing the correct direction, as shown in the diagram. Push until it clicks into place.
- Close the cover.
3.3 Charging the Battery
Use the provided USB data cable to charge the camera.
- Connect one end of the USB cable to the camera's USB jack.
- Connect the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The LED indicator will show charging status. Disconnect once fully charged.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
Press and hold the Power button to turn the camera on or off.
4.2 Taking Photos
- Turn on the camera. The LCD screen will display the live view.
- Frame your shot using the LCD screen.
- Use the zoom controls (if available) to adjust the 8x digital zoom.
- Press the Shutter button halfway to focus, then press fully to take the picture.

4.3 Recording Videos
- Turn on the camera.
- Press the Down/Video button to switch to video recording mode.
- Press the Shutter button to start recording. Press it again to stop recording.
4.4 Playback Mode
To view your photos and videos:
- Press the Right/Playback button to enter playback mode.
- Use the navigation buttons (Up, Down, Left, Right) to browse through your media.
- Press the Right/Playback button again to exit playback mode.
4.5 Data Transfer
To transfer files to a computer:
- Connect the camera to your computer using the USB data cable.
- The camera will appear as a removable disk on your computer.
- Drag and drop files from the camera's memory card to your computer.
5. Special Photography Functions
5.1 Continuous Photography (Burst Mode)
Capture a sequence of three consecutive images quickly, ideal for action shots.
