5. Setup

  1. Attach Ironing Head: Carefully screw one of the provided ironing heads onto the tip of the mini iron until secure. Ensure it is firmly attached before use.
  2. Prepare Stand: Bend the metal piece of the iron stand upwards to create a stable resting place for the hot iron.
  3. Placement: Place the iron stand on a heat-resistant, stable surface.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the 1.4-meter power cable into a standard 120V electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off

  • Press the 'O' button to turn the iron ON. The LED digital display will illuminate.
  • Press the 'O' button again to turn the iron OFF.

6.2. Temperature Adjustment

  • Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the temperature. The range is 100°C to 400°C (212°F to 752°F).
  • The LED display shows the current temperature in real-time.
  • For faster adjustment, press and hold the '+' or '-' button.

6.3. Temperature Lock Function

  • To lock the set temperature, long-press the 'O' button until 'LOC' appears on the display. This prevents accidental temperature changes during use.
  • To unlock, long-press the 'O' button again.

6.4. Temperature Unit Switching (°C/°F)

  • To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), long-press the 'O' button to enter the menu.
  • Use the '+' or '-' buttons to navigate to 'UNT' (Unit).
  • Press the 'O' button to select 'UNT', then use '+' or '-' to choose 'C' or 'F'. Press 'O' again to confirm and exit the menu.

6.5. Temperature Compensation Function

  • If the displayed temperature does not match the actual temperature, you can use the temperature compensation function.
  • Long-press the 'O' button to enter the menu.
  • Use the '+' or '-' buttons to navigate to 'CAL' (Calibration).
  • Press the 'O' button to select 'CAL', then use '+' or '-' to adjust the compensation value. Press 'O' again to confirm and exit.

6.6. Sleep Mode

  • The iron features an automatic sleep mode. If there is no activity for 10 minutes, the iron will automatically lower its temperature to a safe level.
  • To resume full temperature, simply pick up or move the iron.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Ensure the iron is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Wipe the ironing head with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the mini iron in a dry, safe place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure it is cool before storing.
  • Tip Replacement: If an ironing head becomes worn or damaged, replace it with one of the spare heads provided.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Iron Not Heating:
    • Ensure the iron is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
    • Check if the 'O' button has been pressed to turn the iron ON.

  • Temperature Inaccurate:

  • Iron Enters Sleep Mode Too Quickly:
