2. Setup

Upon receiving your BLUETTI AC200PL, carefully unpack all components. The package includes the portable power station, an AC charging cable, a solar/car charging cable, an XT90-aviation cable, and this user manual.

Before initial use, it is recommended to fully charge the power station. Connect the AC charging cable to the AC input port on the unit and plug it into a standard wall outlet. The display will indicate the charging status.

3. Operating the Power Station

To turn on the BLUETTI AC200PL, press and hold the main power button until the display illuminates. The touchscreen interface provides real-time status updates and allows for configuration of various settings.

To activate AC or DC outputs, press the corresponding 'AC' or 'DC' buttons on the control panel. The display will show the active output and power consumption.

4. Charging and Recharging

The BLUETTI AC200PL offers multiple recharging options:

• AC Charging: Plug the AC200PL into a standard wall socket to get a maximum 2400W AC power input. This allows for charging from 0-80% in just 60 minutes.
• Solar Charging: The AC200PL supports up to 1200W solar input, allowing it to be fully charged in 1.9-3.8 hours depending on sunlight conditions. This is 1.7x more efficient than previous models like the AC200P.
• Car Charging: Replenish power on the go by connecting to your car's lighter port (12V/10A input).
• AC + PV Charging: Top up the AC200PL fully with a max. 2400W input by solar and grid simultaneously in 1 hour.

5. Capacity Expansion

The AC200PL's capacity can be significantly expanded to meet higher power demands. It is compatible with various BLUETTI expansion batteries:

• Expandable by 2 B300 (3072Wh each) for a total capacity of 8448Wh.
• Expandable by 2 B210P (2150Wh each) for a total capacity of 6604Wh.
• Expandable by 1 B230 (2048Wh each) for a total capacity of 4352Wh.

6. Safety and Battery Information

The AC200PL utilizes LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries, known for their enhanced safety and durability. These batteries offer over 3000+ life cycles, equating to a 10-year lifespan, maintaining 80% of original capacity after 3000 cycles.

An advanced Battery Management System (BMS) is integrated to prevent common issues such as overcharging, over-discharging, over-current, and short circuits, ensuring safe and reliable operation without sacrificing performance.
