2. Important Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before using your RENPHO Heating Pad. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- CAUTION: Avoid direct contact with bare skin. Always place a piece of clothing between the pad and your skin.
- Do not use while sleeping.
- Be cautious of sharp creases which may cause short circuits and burns. Do not bunch, sit on, lay on, or squeeze the pad.
- This product is ETL certified and includes built-in overheat protection for maximum safety.
- Do not use on infants, incapacitated persons, or persons insensitive to heat.
- Do not use pins or other metallic objects to fasten the pad.
- Never pull the heating pad by the supply cord.

4. Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Heating Pad: Carefully remove the heating pad and its controller from the packaging.
- Connect the Controller: Ensure the controller is securely plugged into the heating pad.
- Position the Pad: Place the heating pad on the desired area of your body (back, neck, or shoulders). The design allows it to drape comfortably.
- Secure the Pad: Use the integrated ties to secure the pad around your waist for a snug fit, ensuring it stays in place during use.
- Plug In: Connect the power cord to a standard electrical outlet. The 7-foot cord provides ample movement.

5. Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press the power button (U) on the LED controller to turn the heating pad on or off.
Adjusting Heat Settings
The heating pad offers 6 heat settings:
- Level 1: 100°F (37.8°C)
- Level 2: 110°F (43.3°C)
- Level 3: 120°F (48.9°C)
- Level 4: 130°F (54.4°C)
- Level 5: 140°F (60°C)
- Level 6: 150°F (65.6°C)
Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the controller to cycle through the desired heat levels. The digital display will show the current temperature setting.
Setting the Timer
The heating pad features 3 timer settings with automatic shut-off:
- 30 minutes
- 60 minutes
- 90 minutes
Press the timer button (Clock icon) to select your preferred duration. The pad will automatically turn off once the selected time has elapsed.

6. Maintenance
Cleaning and Care
The RENPHO Heating Pad is designed for easy cleaning:
- Machine Washable: Disconnect the controller completely from the heating pad before washing.
- Wash in cold water (40°C/104°F).
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron at high temperature.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not bleach.
- Note: Since the heating pad has built-in heating wires, avoid machine washing it frequently to prolong its lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your heating pad, refer to the following common solutions:
- Display shows "F2": This indicates that the cable of the hand controller is disconnected from the shawl. Simply plug the cable back in securely between the shawl and the hand controller.
- Pad not heating: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the pad and the electrical outlet. Check if the power button on the controller is pressed and a heat setting is selected.
- Uneven heating: Ensure the pad is laid flat and not bunched, folded, or squeezed, as this can affect heat distribution and potentially damage the internal wiring.
