5. Setup and Installation
5.1 Package Contents

5.2 Mounting
- Choose a suitable location for mounting the timer. Ensure it is easily accessible for programming and wiring, and protected from direct impact.
- Use the provided wall anchors and screws to securely mount the timer's lower shell to a wall or flat surface.
5.3 Wiring
IMPORTANT: All wiring must be performed by a qualified electrician and comply with all applicable electrical codes.
- Disconnect Power: Before beginning any wiring, ensure the main power supply to the circuit is turned OFF at the circuit breaker.
- Open Casing: Carefully open the timer's outer casing to access the internal terminal block.
- Connect Input Power: Connect the AC85-265V power supply wires to the designated input terminals (typically marked L and N or 1 and 2) on the timer module.
- Connect Load: Connect the wires for the device you wish to control (e.g., pump, heater) to the output terminals (typically marked 3, 4, and 5 for SPDT configuration). Refer to the diagram on the internal module for precise connections.

5.4 Initial Power-up
After installation and wiring are complete, restore power at the circuit breaker. The timer's LCD display should illuminate. If the display does not light up, immediately disconnect power and re-check all wiring connections.
6. Operating Instructions
The timer features an LCD display and several buttons for programming. Familiarize yourself with the buttons:
- P: Program button (to enter/exit programming mode)
- D+: Day adjustment button
- H+: Hour adjustment button

- Release the Clock Symbol button to save the settings.
6.2 Programming ON/OFF Schedules
The timer allows up to 28 ON/OFF programs. Each program can be set for specific days or a full week cycle.
- Press the P button once to enter programming mode. The display will show '1 ON'.
- Press D+ to select the day(s) for this program. Options include individual days (MON, TUE, etc.), weekdays (MON-FRI), weekends (SAT-SUN), or all days (MON-SUN), among others.
- Press H+ to set the desired ON hour.
- Press M+ to set the desired ON minute.
- Press P again. The display will show '1 OFF'.
- Repeat steps 2-4 to set the OFF time for the first program.
- Continue pressing P to cycle through '2 ON', '2 OFF', up to '28 ON', '28 OFF', setting each program as needed.
- After setting all desired programs, press the Clock Symbol button to exit programming mode and return to normal operation.
6.3 Manual Control and Mode Selection
Press the MANUAL C/R button to cycle through the following modes:
- AUTO ON: The timer will follow programmed ON schedules.
- AUTO OFF: The timer will follow programmed OFF schedules.
- ON: The device will remain continuously ON, overriding all programs.
- OFF: The device will remain continuously OFF, overriding all programs.
Select 'AUTO ON' or 'AUTO OFF' for the timer to operate according to your programmed schedules.
6.4 Daylight Saving Time (DST)
To activate or deactivate Daylight Saving Time, press and hold the H+ button for approximately 3 seconds. The display will indicate DST status (e.g., 'SUMMER' or 'WINTER').
