Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your ErGear Electric Standing Desk. An average assembly time is approximately 30 minutes.

Step 1: Assemble the Desk Legs

1. Attach the foot pads to the bottom of each leg.
2. Connect the leg frames using the provided crossbar and screws. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.

Step 2: Attach Side Plates and Transmission Rod

1. Secure the side plates to the top of the assembled leg frames using the designated screws.
2. Insert the transmission rod into the appropriate slots on the leg frames and motor assembly. Ensure it is fully engaged. If the desk legs are not the same height, insert the rod into the left leg and turn to adjust until they are level.

Step 3: Assemble the Desktop and Other Parts

1. Place the two-piece desktop upside down on a soft, clean surface.
2. Align the desktop pieces and secure them together using the provided connectors and screws.
3. Carefully place the assembled leg frame onto the desktop, aligning the screw holes.
4. Attach the leg frame to the desktop using the provided screws.
5. Install the control panel and headphone hooks to the underside of the desktop as indicated in the instructions.

Step 4: Connect the Cables

1. Connect the motor cable to the control box.
2. Connect the control panel cable to the control box.
3. Connect the power adapter to the control box and then to a power outlet.
4. Use the provided cable management clips to organize all cables neatly.

Operating Instructions

Your ErGear Electric Standing Desk features an intuitive control panel for easy height adjustment and memory presets.

Height Adjustment

• Raise Desk: Press and hold the Up arrow (▲) button to raise the desk to your desired height.
• Lower Desk: Press and hold the Down arrow (▼) button to lower the desk to your desired height.
• The desk height can be adjusted smoothly from 28.35 inches to 46.46 inches.

Memory Presets

The control panel allows you to save up to three preferred height settings for quick transitions.

1. To Save a Preset: Adjust the desk to your desired height using the up/down arrows. Press the "S" button, then immediately press one of the number buttons ("1", "2", or "3") to save the current height to that preset.
2. To Use a Preset: Simply press the corresponding number button ("1", "2", or "3"). The desk will automatically move to the saved height.
