Setup
1. Power Connection
- Locate the DC input port on the back of the alarm clock.
- Connect the provided power adapter to the DC input port.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The display should illuminate.
Optional Battery Backup: For time retention during power outages, insert 3 x AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment. Open the compartment cover on the back of the unit, insert batteries according to polarity markings, and close the cover securely.
2. Initial Time Setting
- Press and hold the SET button on the back of the clock until the hour digits begin to flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press the SET button again to confirm the hour and move to the minute setting.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the minutes.
- Press the SET button one more time to confirm the minutes and exit time setting mode.
Operating Instructions
Setting the Alarm
- Press the SET button once (do not hold) to enter alarm setting mode. The alarm time will be displayed, and the hour digits may flash.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press the SET button again to confirm the alarm hour and move to the alarm minute setting.
- Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Press the SET button one more time to confirm the alarm minutes and exit alarm setting mode.
Activating/Deactivating the Alarm
While in normal time display mode, press the UP button to toggle the alarm on or off. An alarm icon (e.g., a bell symbol or "AL") will appear on the display when the alarm is active.
Snooze Function
When the alarm sounds, press any button (except SET) to activate the snooze function. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after approximately 5-10 minutes (exact duration may vary). To turn off the alarm completely, press the SET button when it is sounding.
Display Brightness Adjustment
Press the DOWN button to cycle through different brightness levels for the LED display.
