2. Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.
- Do not operate the robot vacuum in wet environments or near water.
- Ensure the power adapter is compatible with your local power supply.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.

4. Product Overview
The Eufy G50 Hybrid is designed for efficient cleaning of various floor types, combining powerful vacuuming with light mopping capabilities.
4.1 Key Features

5. Setup
5.1 Preparing Your Home
- Remove power cords, small objects, and thick carpets that may entangle the robot.
- Open doors to rooms you want cleaned.
- For mopping, ensure the mop holder is removed when cleaning carpets to prevent damage.
5.2 Installing the Charging Base
Place the charging base against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on either side and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the base. Connect the power adapter to the charging base and plug it into a wall outlet.
5.3 Initial Charge
Place the robot vacuum on the charging base. The indicator lights will show charging status. For first-time use, fully charge the battery before operation.
5.4 Connecting to the Eufy App
- Download the "eufy Clean" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The G50 Hybrid does not support 5GHz frequency band.
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your G50 Hybrid. The robot connects via Bluetooth for initial setup.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Starting a Clean
- Via Robot: Press the power button on the robot to start or pause cleaning.
- Via App: Use the "Clean" button in the eufy Clean app to start a full cleaning cycle.
6.2 Cleaning Modes
The G50 Hybrid offers various cleaning modes accessible through the app:
- Auto Clean: The robot automatically cleans your home using dynamic navigation.
- Spot Clean: Cleans a specific area with concentrated suction.
- Edge Clean: Cleans along walls and furniture edges.
- Scheduled Cleaning: Set specific times for the robot to clean automatically.

6.3 Mopping Function
To use the mopping function:
- Fill the water tank with clean water.
- Attach the mop pad to the mop holder and then attach the holder to the robot.
- Select the desired water flow level in the eufy Clean app.
- Ensure to remove the mop holder before the robot cleans carpets.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance of your Eufy G50 Hybrid.
7.1 Emptying the Dust Bin
The large 600 ml dust bin should be emptied after each cleaning cycle or when full. Press the release button to remove the dust bin, open it, and discard debris.
7.2 Cleaning the Filter
Tap the filter to remove dust. For thorough cleaning, the filter can be rinsed with water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
7.3 Cleaning the Roller Brush
The Pro-Detangle Comb minimizes hair tangles, but occasional cleaning is still recommended. Remove the roller brush cover, lift out the brush, and use the provided cleaning tool to remove any remaining hair or debris.
7.4 Cleaning Side Brushes
Check side brushes regularly for wear or damage. Remove any tangled hair or debris. Replace if bristles are bent or damaged.
7.5 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Pins
Wipe the drop sensors, bumper sensor, and charging pins on both the robot and the charging base with a dry cloth to ensure proper function.
