3.1. Controls and Ports

4. Setup
4.1. Powering the Device
The HANLIM HL-108-A can be powered by the included AC power cable or its built-in rechargeable battery.
- AC Power: Connect the power cable to the power input port on the back of the unit and plug the other end into a standard wall outlet.
- Battery Power: The unit has a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery. Fully charge the battery before first use. A full charge provides up to 5 hours of playback at maximum volume.

4.2. Initial Power On
Press the STANDBY button to turn on the device. The display will light up.
5. Operating Instructions
This section details how to use the various functions of your CD player.

5.1. CD Playback
- Open the CD compartment cover on top of the unit.
- Place a CD (CD/CD-R/CD-RW/MP3 format) onto the spindle with the label side facing up.
- Close the CD compartment cover.
- Press the MODE button until "CD" appears on the display.
- The CD will begin playing automatically. If not, press the ►/SCAN button.
- Use ◀◀/CH- and ►►/CH+ buttons to skip tracks.
- Repeat Function: Press the Repeat button on the remote control to cycle through repeat modes (one song, all songs, random).
- Resume Playback: The player will resume playback from where it was last stopped when the CD mode is re-selected.
5.2. Bluetooth Connectivity
- Press the MODE button until "BT" or "Bluetooth" appears on the display. The device will enter pairing mode.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, computer), search for "HANLIM HL-108-A" in the Bluetooth settings.
- Select the device to pair. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound.
- You can now play audio from your connected device through the CD player.
- Note: This device acts as a Bluetooth receiver; it does not support connecting to Bluetooth headphones.

5.3. FM Radio
- Press the MODE button until "FM" appears on the display.
- Press and hold the ►/SCAN button to automatically scan and store available FM stations (87.5 – 108 MHz). Up to 20 stations can be stored.
- Use the ◀◀/CH- and ►►/CH+ buttons to navigate through the stored stations.

5.4. USB Playback
- Insert a USB flash drive (up to 32GB, formatted as FAT32) containing MP3/WMA audio files into the USB port.
- Press the MODE button until "USB" appears on the display.
- The device will automatically detect and begin playing audio files from the USB drive.
- Use ◀◀/CH- and ►►/CH+ buttons to skip tracks.
5.5. AUX Input
- Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to the AUX IN port on the back of the CD player.
- Connect the other end of the audio cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device (e.g., smartphone, computer, MP3 player).
- Press the MODE button until "AUX" appears on the display.
- Play audio from your external device. The sound will be output through the CD player's speakers.
5.6. Microphone Input
- Connect a microphone (not included) to the Microphone Jack on the back of the unit.
- The microphone input will be active in any playback mode (CD, Bluetooth, FM, USB, AUX).

- Connect a pair of headphones (not included) to the 3.5mm Headphone Jack on the front of the unit.
