2. Setup Guide
2.1 Package Contents
Before proceeding, ensure all items are present:

2.2 Charging the Device
The device comes with a built-in rechargeable battery. For optimal performance, fully charge the device before first use.

2.3 Powering On/Off

- Power Off: Press and hold the multi-function button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Switching Between TX (Transmitter) and RX (Receiver) Modes
The UGREEN adapter has a physical switch or button to toggle between TX and RX modes. Locate the TX/RX switch on the side of the device and slide it to the desired mode.

3.2 Transmitter Mode (TX)
In TX mode, the adapter transmits audio from a non-Bluetooth device (e.g., airplane entertainment, TV, computer) to your Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
- Set the adapter to TX mode.
- Plug the 3.5mm audio jack of the adapter into the audio output port of your source device (e.g., airplane seat, TV headphone jack). If using on an airplane with dual-prong jacks, attach the included airplane adapter first.
- Power on the adapter. It will automatically enter pairing mode (LED indicator will flash rapidly, typically blue).

Dual Pairing in TX Mode:
To connect two Bluetooth headphones/speakers simultaneously:
- Connect the first Bluetooth device as described above.
- Once the first device is connected, quickly double-press the multi-function button on the UGREEN adapter to enter pairing mode again. The LED will flash.
- Put the second Bluetooth headphones/speaker into pairing mode.
- Place the adapter and your Bluetooth audio device close to each other. The adapter will connect to the second device. Both devices will now receive audio.

3.3 Receiver Mode (RX)
In RX mode, the adapter receives audio from your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) and outputs it to a non-Bluetooth audio system (e.g., car stereo, home amplifier, wired headphones).
- Set the adapter to RX mode.
- Plug the 3.5mm audio jack of the adapter into the AUX input port of your target audio system (e.g., car stereo, wired speaker).
- Power on the adapter. It will automatically enter pairing mode (LED indicator will flash rapidly, typically blue).

Hands-Free Calling (RX Mode Only):
When in RX mode and connected to your smartphone, the built-in microphone allows for hands-free calls. When a call comes in, press the multi-function button once to answer, and press again to end the call.
Dual Pairing in RX Mode:
To connect two Bluetooth-enabled devices (e.g., two smartphones) to the adapter simultaneously:
- Connect the first Bluetooth device as described above.
- Once the first device is connected, quickly double-press the multi-function button on the UGREEN adapter to enter pairing mode again. The LED will flash.
- On the second Bluetooth-enabled device, search for and connect to the UGREEN adapter.
- Both devices will now be connected, and audio can be played from either device (one at a time).
