3. Setup Guide

3.1 App Installation

1. Scan the QR code on the camera packaging or in the quick start guide to download the BoyKeep app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Register a new account or log in if you already have one.

3.2 Powering On the Camera

Connect the provided USB cable to the camera's power port and the USB charger. Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. The camera will power on and indicate its status with an LED light.

3.3 Connecting to Wi-Fi

1. Open the BoyKeep app and tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon.
2. Select your camera model from the list.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. The camera supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands.
4. Ensure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network during the setup process.
5. A QR code may appear on your phone screen. Present this QR code to the camera lens at a distance of 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) until you hear a confirmation sound.
