5. Setup
5.1 Attaching the Detachable Base (Desk Mode)
- Locate the detachable base and the bottom of the fan handle.
- Align the fan handle with the slot on the base.
- Gently push the fan into the base until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove, pull the fan firmly upwards from the base.

5.2 Attaching the Neck Strap (Neck Mode)
- Identify the small loops on the top sides of the fan head.
- Thread each end of the neck strap through these loops.
- Secure the strap ends according to the strap's design (e.g., clip or knot).
- Adjust the strap length for comfortable wearing around your neck.

6. Charging the Fan
The TOPK K70 fan is equipped with a built-in 5000mAh rechargeable battery. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the fan.
- Locate the Type-C charging port on the fan handle.
- Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the fan's charging port.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a 5V USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, computer USB port).
- The LED digital display will show the battery charging status. It will indicate 100% when fully charged.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 3.5 hours.
- Disconnect the charging cable once fully charged to preserve battery life.
7. Operating Instructions
7.1 Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment
- Power On: Press the power button once to turn on the fan at Speed 1.
- Adjust Speed: Each subsequent press of the power button will cycle through the wind speeds: Speed 1 → Speed 2 → Speed 3 → Speed 4.
- Power Off: After Speed 4, pressing the button again will turn the fan off. Alternatively, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the fan from any speed setting.
7.2 Using the Fan in Different Modes
- Handheld Mode: Hold the fan by its handle. Adjust the fan head angle as needed.
- Neck Mode: With the neck strap attached, wear the fan around your neck. Adjust the fan head for optimal airflow.
- Desk Mode: Attach the fan to its detachable base and place it on a flat surface. Adjust the fan head to direct airflow.

7.3 360° Rotation
The fan head can be manually rotated 360 degrees vertically to direct the airflow precisely where you need it. Gently pivot the fan head to your desired angle.

8. LED Digital Display
The integrated LED digital display provides real-time information:
- Battery Level: Shows the remaining battery percentage (e.g., "100" for full charge).
- Wind Speed: Displays the current wind speed setting (e.g., "1", "2", "3", "4").
This allows you to monitor power status and adjust fan speed efficiently.
9. Maintenance
9.1 Cleaning the Fan
Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance and extends the fan's lifespan.
- Ensure the fan is turned off before cleaning.
- To clean the fan blades, gently twist the front grille counter-clockwise to detach it.
- Wipe the fan blades and the inside of the grille with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dust, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no water enters the motor.
- Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling.
- Align the front grille with the fan head and twist clockwise until it locks securely.

9.2 Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the fan in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to charge the fan to about 50% before storing.
10. Troubleshooting
