3. Setup and Initial Use

3.1 Charging the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge your HyperGear power bank.

1. Connect a USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C PD port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB-C Power Delivery wall charger (not included).
3. The LED display will show the charging progress. The power bank recharges from 0% to 100% in approximately 1.5 hours with a 20W USB-C PD charger.
4. Once fully charged, the display will show "100". Disconnect the power bank from the charger.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Charging Your Devices

The power bank can charge up to three devices simultaneously.

1. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the available ports on the power bank (USB-C PD or USB Adaptive Fast Charge ports).
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
3. Charging will begin automatically. The LED display will show the power bank's remaining charge.
4. For optimal fast charging, use the USB-C PD port with a compatible USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to Lightning cable. This port can charge devices like an iPhone to 50% in approximately 30 minutes.

5. Maintenance and Care

• Keep the power bank dry and away from moisture.
• Avoid extreme temperatures (hot or cold).

• Device not charging from power bank:
  • Check if the power bank has sufficient charge (check LED display).

• Slow charging:
  • Ensure you are using the USB-C PD port for fast charging compatible devices.
