1. Introduction

Please read all safety warnings and instructions before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Do not jump start a frozen battery.
• Do not use the jump starter if the battery clamps or cables are damaged.
• Do not connect the positive and negative clamps together.
• Do not expose the device to rain or wet conditions. It is IP65 water-resistant, but not submersible.
• Do not disassemble the unit. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
• Ensure proper ventilation during use.

4. Product Overview

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the JF.EGWO F40 Jump Starter. It is equipped with 18W USB-C fast charging technology.

1. Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to the USB-C input/output port on the jump starter.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to an 18W (or higher) USB wall adapter (not included) or a compatible power source.
3. The LED display will show the charging progress. A full charge (22000mAh) can be achieved in approximately 70 minutes with an 18W fast charger.

5.2 Checking Battery Level

Press the power button once to check the current battery level displayed on the LED screen. Ensure the unit is sufficiently charged before attempting to jump start a vehicle.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle

The JF.EGWO F40 can jump start 12V vehicles with up to 9.0L gasoline or 8.0L diesel engines, up to 50 times on a single charge.

1. Prepare the Vehicle: Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all accessories (headlights, radio, air conditioning). Place the vehicle in park (automatic) or neutral (manual) and engage the parking brake.
2. Connect Clamps to Jump Starter: Insert the blue plug of the smart jumper clamps into the jump start port on the JF.EGWO F40 unit. Ensure it is fully inserted.
3. Connect Clamps to Battery:
   • Connect the RED positive (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
   • Connect the BLACK negative (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.

   Note: The smart clamps have built-in protection against reverse polarity. If connected incorrectly, an alarm will sound, and the display will show an error. Correct the connection before proceeding.

4. Start the Vehicle: Once the clamps are correctly connected and the jump starter indicates "12V READY" on the display, start your vehicle's engine.
5. Remove Clamps: As soon as the engine starts, remove the clamps from the vehicle battery first (negative then positive), and then disconnect the clamps from the jump starter unit.

6.2 Using as a Power Bank

The 22000mAh battery with 18W output can charge various electronic devices.

• USB-C (PD18W): Use this port to fast charge compatible smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other USB-C devices.
• USB Ports (5V/9V/12V, 5V/2.4A): Use these standard USB ports to charge other USB-powered devices.
• Simply connect your device's charging cable to the appropriate USB port on the jump starter. The unit will automatically begin charging.

6.3 Using the LED Flashlight

The integrated LED flashlight has three modes:

1. To turn on the flashlight: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
2. To cycle through modes: Press the power button briefly to switch between: Light (steady illumination) → Strobe (rapid flashing) → SOS (Morse code for distress).
3. To turn off the flashlight: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds again.

6.4 Powering 15V/12V DC Devices

The 15V 10A DC output port can power various 15V or 12V DC devices.

• Connect your 15V or 12V DC device (e.g., tire inflator, car vacuum cleaner, portable refrigerator) to the 15V 10A DC output port.
• Ensure the device's power requirements do not exceed the jump starter's output capacity.

7. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your jump starter.

• Recharging: Recharge the unit after each use. If not used frequently, recharge every 3-6 months to maintain battery health. The unit has a 24-month standby time, but regular charging is recommended.
